quality is ok but I ordered a XL size and I should have needed L size. (I am 1m90 105 kilo). So when you are 2m00 XL is ok... 1m90 L is ok etc. Only elastic band. Too bad no cord to tighten. with 105 kilo I had to bring to taylor to make elastic band more narrow because when walking its slipping down
