Returns and exchange details
Exchange
In case a customer would like to EXCHANGE a product (size, color, style), we need to be informed within 7 days and the customer should ship it back within 14 days after the product has been delivered. The product must not be used by the customer. In case the product it is used, altered or damaged in any way, it is not eligible for exchange. The customer must cover all shipping costs that occur. Customised products are not eligible for exchange.

Faulty products

Habe jahrelang nach einem Leinen-Kaftan gesucht, jetzt endlich gefunden und ich liebe ihn :)) Er ist leicht, luftig, bequem und für heisse Tage perfekt! Danke YUMEworld ! Ich bin 1,71 m gross, 70 kg schwer und der Kaftan endet genau auf meinen Füssen - wie gewünscht :)
