In case you would like to exchange one of our products, this is the shipping costs that you are charged. We send you the return labels to print and submit to the courrier together with the parcel. After we receive your return, we inspect it and we send you the new item. Both costs are included in this purchase.

Our products are made to order therefore it takes 5-7 working days to dispatch.

We ship WORLDWIDE with courrier express service.

Delivery time for EUROPE is 1-3 working days depending on the country. Delivery time for US, CANADA and the rest of the world is 2-4 working days.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

Exchange

In case a customer would like to EXCHANGE a product (size, color, style), we need to be informed within 7 days and the customer should ship it back within 14 days after the product has been delivered. The product must not be used by the customer. In case the product it is used, altered or damaged in any way, it is not eligible for exchange. The customer must cover all shipping costs that occur. Customised products are not eligible for exchange.
Items ordered during a sale are not eligible for exchange.


Faulty products

We replace faulty or defective items. In such case, send us an email at yumeworld.online@gmail.com once you received the faulty product and we will guide you on how to proceed with the exchange. *All shipping expenses will be covered by YUME

REFUND

All our products are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns for a refund but we gladly exchange a product.
